Dr. Phillip Jeffrey Greene is an experienced physician whose career spans more than 20 years across primary care, hospital medicine, and clinical leadership. He currently practices with NP Health Station and serves as medical director and collaborating physician at Health Plus Clinic in St. Louis, where he guides clinical operations and supports care teams in delivering high-quality patient services.
Dr. Greene’s professional background includes extensive work in both civilian and military healthcare settings. He provided primary care services at Alton Forensic Psychiatric Hospital, where he was recognized multiple times for outstanding patient care. In addition, he served in the United States Air Force Reserve as a physician, attaining the rank of Major while contributing to medical readiness and patient care initiatives.
Throughout his career, Dr. Greene has held positions with several healthcare organizations, including Clinical Medical Services, South City Hospital, and St. Louis Men’s Clinic. His work has included hospital-based care, collaborative practice with advanced practitioners, and leadership roles focused on improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Dr. Greene earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Missouri School of Medicine and completed his residency in family medicine at Deaconess Hospital. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Missouri–St. Louis. Board-certified and trained in advanced life support protocols, he remains committed to continued learning and community-centered care.
